OUR POLICIES 

Items purchased online will ship within 1 business day via tracked Canada Post, or courier such as UPS, FedEx, CanPar or Purolator. 

For oversize items such as blankets, an oversize shipping charge may apply. You will be notified after purchase.

Refunds in store are accepted within 7 days from purchase and must be unworn/unused with tags attached and in original packaging with emailed receipt and any debit/credit slips.

 Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from purchase and must be unworn/unused with tags attached and in original packing.

Refunds and exchanges are at current sales price if item is on discount within the refund/exchange period.

Website purchases will be refundable if sent via tracked method within 7 days of delivery. We must be notified of return items. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

Original shipping costs are non refundable.

We are not responsible for any duty or import charges that may occur.

 Website items sold outside of Canada will be non refundable. 

Helmets, bits, feed and supplements are non refundable.

 We cover manufacturer defects up to 30 days and beyond that will be case per case bases, depending on individual companies policies. 

 Custom/special orders will be non refundable and must be paid in full prior to order. 

All sales items are FINAL sale.
